A while ago I found out I got accepted to the Bookbinding school I applied to, so this fall I will start submitting handmade books I make! So exciting!

I can't wait to start..!!

Also, I bought watercolour pencils. I love them!

It's been a while since I updated this journal, heh
I'm sad to say that right now traditional art is way too expensive for me to work with right now. Good papers are so expensive and that is really holding me back... I'm afraid to draw on them because I might mess up and when I draw on them anyway I'm so careful and stiff about it that it becomes a boring outcome out of it. =/ Therefor I've been doodling on crappy paper lately but it just isn't the same. Watercolor and crappy paper don't match.

So I'm into digital at the moment. Tho my Paint Tool SAI trial is about to run out..when it does I'm going to download the latest Photoshop trial. They say they have added a great paint blending tool in there. But from what I've seen on a video on the site it looks just the the same old crappy blender they have always had. We'll see


Anyway I have found alot of amazing and inspiring art today.. I dont usually fav as much as I have today. Here is one of my favourites:

I have found a job and my first 3 days went really well. Tomorrow I think i will get my real schedule.
This new job has given me a creativity boost so today I went and bought a jewelry kit and a bunch of beads and other neat things so I will soon give my first try at creating my own jewelry!

Wow, I just watch way too many people and apparently I am in way too many groups. (Not that i am in that many, just recently left one too)
I get like 500 deviations in my inbox a day. A DAY!! It's hard to be fair and view all them when there are so many. That would take too much time. I don't even have a job and I don't have time for all the things I want and need do each day. And the most annoying thing about that is I usually don't have any energy to do anything until after 10 pm and that's when you can't do much because then the neighbors complain about late night sounds. But that's the life in an apartment i guess. I have to change my diurnal rhythm. It's very hard for me tho. I always try to have a normal one but I always fall back on being awake at night and sleeping during the day.
